Vivian Singh and Anshuman Gupta founded Strontium Technology in 2002. With their experience in the technological and economic arenas, combined with their entrepreneurial instincts and international exposure, they have built a company to stand the test of time.
Vivian Singh was instrumental in bringing about technological and managerial excellence in the Company's operations. He pursued his MBA in International Business at Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Before Strontium, he worked for 2 years as Marketing Manager in Karma Distribution, Singapore and 3 years as National Sales Manager in Avnet Max, India.
Anshuman Gupta, the CEO of the company, is responsible for growth, strategic planning and Product Management. He pursued his MBA in International Business at Delhi School of Economics, University of Delhi. Before Strontium, he worked for 2 years as Country Manager for India in Karma Distribution and 3 years for a German consultancy company.
Initiatives to achieve and sustain management's objectives
The objectives are achieved and sustained by always placing people first. Be it employees, staff, vendors, distributors or the consumer at large, Strontium strives towards bringing every relationship to the next level.
This breeds a culture of employee training and growth, driving entrepreneurial skills and empowerment. Logistical support, flexible payment terms, promotional and inventory support for partners and distributors, along with local warranty and swift settlements ensure every partner is a happy one. Customer care service centers offer quick and easy assistance for every consumer’s need. Efforts to communicate our goals and objectives to staff
• Regular meetings to discuss both short and long-term goals
